Consultation
During your initial consultation, we’ll discuss your event goals, while offering insights and sharing ideas. You’ll also meet the team you’ll be working with so you can be sure we’re the right fit for you. When you’re ready to go, we’ll quote the job
Pre-Event Planning
We keep in constant contact, answering every phone call , make a site visit as needed and keep you notified on our progress. Need to make additions to the event or have changes to the schedule? No problem, we’ve got your back.
The Event
This is it, and this is when things can really get hectic. We’ll arrive hours in advance to set up equipment, ensure everything is working properly, troubleshoot any issues, accommodate any last-minute changes, and answer any questions.
Post-Event Feedback
Our job isn’t done as soon as the event is. When you’re ready, we want to hear from you—what we did awesome and what we could do better—so that we can be your Event Jockeys for your future events.
